Movie Sunday

no_country_for_old_men_poster

CJ and I went to see "No Country for Old Men" this afternoon at my favorite movie theatre... Arclight Hollywood.

It was a really good movie. I would not suggest it for those of you who are squeamish. There is a lot of death, but what else would you expect on a Sunday afternoon??? :)

Javier

Javier Bardem is a CREEPY in this film. I would not want to cross paths with him. He plays the role of the psycho killer very well. Give this man an Oscar!

Aaaahhhhhh!

Waterpik

We just got this awesome new shower head today. Oh My God!!! I didn't want to get out of the shower this morning. Our old one(apartment issue) had no water pressure and was old. This is like a rain shower because you stand underneath it and the water pours down.

I would like to thank my mom for the gift card that allowed us to buy this awesome Christmas gift.

Fun Stuff

I'm eagerly awaiting some new things that I should receive soon via UPS. Thankfully, I receive a bonus every year at work. Thanks to the extra cash I have purchased a couple of things I have been wanting (and did not get for Christmas).

Final Draft
Final Draft is the program I use to write screenplays. I thinks it's been about 10 years since I upgraded the program. It was probably version 1. Now it's up to version 7. I can't wait to play with it and start writing again. It's funny how my job is funding, what I hope, is a future career. Thanks, C.A.P.E!!!
Lost Season 3
I am a fan of LOST, of course!! This was a very good season. Of course there were some not so great episodes, but it got REALLY good in the second half of the season. I think my favorite episode of LOST is this season's season finale. I won't ruin it for anyone who missed it, but it blew my mind. I can't wait to watch it again just in time for the Season 4 premiere on January 31. Watch It!

Let's Get Started

We'll here it is. My very first blog post. I never thought I would do this, but I always change my mind. I have been thinking about starting a blog for a while now.

I have a couple of good friends who have blogs, and I find myself checking them regularly to see what is going on in their lives. So, I thought to myself, "Hey, I can do this too so my family and friends know that I'm not dead in California!" This will also give me something to do at work when I'm bored, or don't want to work!!!

Feel free to comment.
I hope you all enjoy!
